Senior Experiential Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard hospitality programmes and race activations for a major F1 team partner
• Support the Account Director in leading and motivating the team
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and manage global partnership assets
• Lead key aspects of the global events calendar, focusing on F1 race hospitality logistics
• Manage hospitality suppliers including transportation, accommodation, and photography
• Oversee budget negotiations, reconciliation, and post-event evaluations
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure project deadlines and schedules are met
• Ensure all events are GDPR and Health & Safety compliant

Requirements

• Proven track record in full event delivery for major hospitality programmes in sport
• Strong budgeting and finance skills within a major events background
• Experience in line management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple work streams
• International mindset with the ability to operate in global regions
• Willingness to travel for long periods when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the F1 world, specifically in hospitality or events
