Senior Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead user research activities to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Define user flows, create wireframes, and produce high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product teams to establish design specifications and ensure alignment with technical constraints
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and user testing sessions to refine design concepts
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices
• Mentor junior design team members and foster a collaborative design culture
• Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies to influence design strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web interfaces
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading design projects and mentoring designers
• Proven track record of conducting successful user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• 3+ years of experience in senior design roles
