About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX and interaction design for complex business software across web, app, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Define experience frameworks, information architecture, and scalable interaction models.
- Design human-AI interaction flows, including adaptive interfaces and intelligent task assistance.
- Translate ambiguous product requirements and technical constraints into actionable design solutions.
- Drive design from early concept through high-fidelity prototyping in Figma to engineering handoff.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on customer and business outcomes.
- Mentor other designers through critique and the development of reusable interaction patterns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong interaction design depth, including user flows, behavior definition, and error handling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and documentation.
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile app-based experiences.
- Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to design scalable solutions across platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- A portfolio demonstrating complex UX work, information architecture, and decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing complex web applications, admin tools, or productivity workflows.
- Experience working with design systems to create reusable patterns.
- Knowledge of visual design principles including typography, layout, and responsive behavior.
- Experience designing AI-enabled workflows or conversational interfaces.
- Familiarity with accessibility, inclusive design, and global product considerations.
