Senior Experience Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX and interaction design for complex business software across web, app, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Define experience frameworks, information architecture, and scalable interaction models.
• Design human-AI interaction flows, including adaptive interfaces and intelligent task assistance.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements and technical constraints into actionable design solutions.
• Drive design from early concept through high-fidelity prototyping in Figma to engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to align on customer and business outcomes.
• Mentor other designers through critique and the development of reusable interaction patterns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design.
• Strong interaction design depth, including user flows, behavior definition, and error handling.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and documentation.
• Proven experience designing for both web and mobile app-based experiences.
• Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to design scalable solutions across platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A portfolio demonstrating complex UX work, information architecture, and decision-making processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex web applications, admin tools, or productivity workflows.
• Experience working with design systems to create reusable patterns.
• Knowledge of visual design principles including typography, layout, and responsive behavior.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows or conversational interfaces.
• Familiarity with accessibility, inclusive design, and global product considerations.
