Senior Expense Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with corporate expense policies and escalate deviations for leadership review
• Monitor and analyze organizational operating expenses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies
• Conduct detailed expense audits and deep-dive analyses to uncover cost reduction opportunities
• Partner with business units to challenge spending behaviors and implement cost-optimization initiatives
• Produce executive-level, data-driven expense reports for leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to enhance spending transparency and governance
• Drive continuous improvement of expense management processes and reporting tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in expense management, cost analysis, or FP&A
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into insights
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills for delivering leadership-ready reports
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders diplomatically
