Senior Executive Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact executive and senior-level hiring across Operations, IT, Revenue, GTM, and G&A functions
• Build and maintain executive-level talent pipelines and conduct deep market research and talent mapping
• Create executive-grade candidate lists, market briefs, and search insights to shape strategy
• Execute highly personalized outreach and candidate messaging using a mix of automation and research
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders through intake, calibration, and stakeholder meetings
• Track outreach analytics and funnel health to adjust sourcing strategies based on real-time data

Requirements

• Significant experience in talent sourcing, executive sourcing, or recruiting research
• Proven track record supporting senior-level hiring in major functional areas like IT, Operations, or GTM
• Deep research capability and ability to produce usable market intelligence
• Excellent executive-level messaging and engagement skills
• Proficiency with modern AI sourcing, research, and outreach tools
• Strong data and analytics orientation regarding funnel insights and search diagnostics
• Ability to manage high-volume requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in high-growth technology, cloud, or AI-related environments is strongly preferred
