Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Managing Director level talent within Wealth and USCC businesses
• Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to manage research, identification, assessment, and offer processes
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trusted advisor to the business on executive hiring and market intelligence
• Provide competitor insight, talent mapping, and organizational structure analysis
• Collaborate with Talent Management on succession planning and critical role identification
• Build and manage talent pools using networking and database tools to attract passive candidates
• Lead project activities to improve the Executive Talent Acquisition organization, including CRM and data reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in in-house executive talent acquisition or retained executive search
• Proven experience recruiting senior business roles at the executive level
• Deep knowledge of the Wealth and Consumer Cards environment
• Demonstrated ability to engage and present talent to senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of complex compensation structures and offer crafting
• Proven ability to identify and attract passive high-level candidates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
