Senior Executive - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from RFQ generation to PO creation and vendor coordination
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and consumables
• Conduct quotation analysis, price benchmarking, and cost negotiations to achieve optimal savings
• Ensure on-time availability of materials to meet production and project timelines
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) metrics
• Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, logistics, and production teams
• Maintain accurate procurement data and supplier documentation within ERP systems
• Support supplier audits, documentation, and compliance processes

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, or Supply Chain
• Experience within the Automotive or Consumer Appliances industry
• Strong understanding of sourcing, vendor development, and cost analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills
