Senior Executive - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and purchase operations for mechanical and electrical components
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Issue RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up for material deliveries
• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial terms, pricing, and lead times
• Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams for seamless material availability
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely inbound flow
• Conduct cost analysis, support cost optimization initiatives, and track price trends
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor performance
• Support sourcing and new product development (NPD) initiatives

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Background in Procurement, Purchase, or Supply Chain within Consumer Appliances or Tier-I OEM setups
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and cost structures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and supplier ecosystems
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work under tight schedules
