Senior Executive Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and nurture top executive-level talent through research and market mapping.
• Partner with Executive Recruiters and senior business leaders to understand leadership needs and organizational priorities.
• Develop market intelligence and insights, providing competitive research and industry mapping to inform hiring decisions.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor, sharing market trends and data to shape executive hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a diverse executive pipeline to meet current and future leadership needs.
• Represent and elevate the employer brand through compelling outreach and authentic candidate engagement.
• Track, measure, and analyze pipeline data to continually refine sourcing strategies and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in executive-level sourcing or executive search, preferably in a corporate or in-house environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging C-suite and senior-level talent within global or high-growth organizations.
• Expert knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and candidate research techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior business leaders.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex opportunities to senior talent with poise.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
