Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through digital advertising sales across platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, direct clients, and key decision-makers
  • Develop and pitch customized advertising solutions based on client objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing
  • Track sales performance and report KPIs regularly to senior leadership
  • Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in ad sales, preferably in digital media or digital platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong network of contacts within media agencies and brand marketers in the Northern region
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
