About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through digital advertising sales across platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, direct clients, and key decision-makers
- Develop and pitch customized advertising solutions based on client objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing
- Track sales performance and report KPIs regularly to senior leadership
- Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in ad sales, preferably in digital media or digital platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of contacts within media agencies and brand marketers in the Northern region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
