Senior Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of executive hiring processes, including intake meetings, recruitment strategy, research, and sourcing
• Manage end-to-end recruiting by partnering with hiring organizations to structure diverse candidate slates and interview panels
• Develop and maintain external relationships and networks to build a pipeline of targeted leadership talent
• Facilitate compensation and benefits reviews, including offer formulation, negotiation, and closing of searches
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Talent Management, Compensation, Legal, and HR business partners
• Manage search firm RFP processes and oversee external research firms and vendors
• Ensure smooth transitions for new hires by partnering with executive onboarding teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
• 3+ years of experience in executive recruiting
• 3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using LinkedIn, professional networks, and Boolean searches

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in both a corporate environment and a retained executive search firm
• Experience with executive compensation, total rewards, and relocation packages
• Experience working within a global organization across multiple geographic locations
• Proficiency with Workday and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Avature
