Senior Executive - Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and managing offers.
• Source and recruit candidates for diverse roles across both the UAE and India markets.
• Balance high-volume hiring for operational and logistics roles with targeted headhunting for specialized corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to understand departmental needs and team dynamics.
• Build and maintain robust talent pools using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative sourcing channels.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent post-graduate degree.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring candidates for the UAE market.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working within a recruitment agency or executive search firm.
• Familiarity with Keka or similar HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and job boards.
