About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead investigation and resolution of internal and external customer complaints
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D, Fishbone, 5 Why, and Pareto Analysis
- Coordinate with production, design, and supplier teams to implement CAPA
- Ensure timely closure of customer concerns per IATF 16949 standards
- Support supplier audits, process reviews, and quality performance tracking
- Verify supplier compliance with APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC requirements
- Handle incoming inspection and monitor supplier rejection analysis
- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Customer Complaints Handling
- Background in Automotive or Consumer Appliance industries (Tier-I or OEM)
- Strong understanding of automotive core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC
- Practical experience in OEM interactions and quality audits
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/QMS, and quality data analysis tools
