Senior Executive - Program Management

Responsibilities

• Initiate, monitor, and direct manufacturing programs from inception through delivery
• Develop and ensure strict adherence to project and program budgets
• Manage local customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for operational performance issues
• Oversee Engineering Change Management (ECM) and validation processes
• Collaborate with engineering, materials, and R&D teams to assess the impact of changes and validate new components through ECOs
• Direct the activities of program managers and staff, including planning and cost maintenance for broad functional areas
• Drive strategies to meet customer requirements and recommend manufacturing and engineering service capabilities
• Manage customer satisfaction through CSI collection, reviews, and corrective actions
• Review high-level program reports and presentations for executives and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of experience within the manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in program management and Engineering Change Management
• Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
