Senior Executive Production

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all laid regulatory standards.
• Organize and assign daily tasks to technicians to meet defined production targets and standard outputs.
• Maintain production areas and equipment cleanliness in accordance with established SOPs.
• Execute routine documentation, including the timely and accurate completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Monitor in-process controls and production output daily while managing technician attendance.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and QA departments regarding process orders and batch records.
• Oversee the installation, qualification, and calibration of production equipment and instruments.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Train and evaluate production technicians on specific tasks and equipment operation.
• Manage SAP activities, including BOM updates, creation of new item codes, and regularizing entries.
• Utilize online systems and software including SolTRAQs, Isotrain, and Darius.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP compliance and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in BMR documentation and SOP preparation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and production management software.
• Technical familiarity with systems such as SolTRAQs, Isotrain, and Darius.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods as required by the manufacturing environment.
