Senior Executive, Product Capacity Management

Responsibilities

• Administer starbroker and air freight activities to support commercial plans and business objectives.
• Support the allocation and reservation of freight on planned linehaul and flights to ensure hub and operations performance.
• Manage operational activities to optimize resource management and daily productivity.
• Monitor and update product information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to maintain databases for quick response to network queries.
• Gather data for customers and maintain close business relationships to enhance customer retention.
• Consolidate, record, and handle day-to-day shipment documentation.
• Follow developments in new solutions, services, lanes, and traffic development.

Requirements

• Degree or above, or qualification equivalent to Level 4 of the Qualifications Framework (QF).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the logistics industry.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Immediate availability is considered an advantage.
