Senior Executive - Precision Components Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L accountability for assigned business units, ensuring financial performance and margin optimization
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple global manufacturing sites
• Lead initiatives in production performance, supply chain management, and process optimization
• Develop and execute business strategies to support sustainable growth and market expansion
• Build and develop high-performing, multi-site teams while fostering a culture of accountability
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and program management to accelerate innovation and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven success in senior operational or general management roles with full P&L responsibility
• Background in aerospace or defense manufacturing is required
• Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience managing multi-site operations and diverse product portfolios in highly regulated environments

• Advanced business education such as an MBA or equivalent
