Senior Executive, Policy Servicing

Responsibilities

• Process and update Takaful/Life servicing requests from customers in accordance with established benchmarks and deadlines
• Propose data-driven solutions and process improvements or automation to align with company strategies
• Assist management in preparing system/business requirements and participating in product meetings
• Perform system enhancements and prepare relevant documentation for sign-off during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Review and prepare essential documents including Work Instructions (WI), regulatory guides, and policy contracts
• Ensure full compliance with the Takaful Act 1984, Bank Negara Guidelines, MTA Guidelines, and internal/external audit requirements
• Support team members with day-to-day problem solving and assist with ad-hoc management projects

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of working experience within the insurance industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data to support decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Big Data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific knowledge in Life Insurance or Takaful
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward work
