Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Verify customer orders and prepare them for dispatch
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and update dispatch logs
• Prepare Dispatch Instructions (DI) and other required shipping documentation
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and sales teams to align dispatch schedules
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or DME
• 3-7 years of experience in dispatch, packing, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Knowledge of SAP systems and dispatch software
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
