About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
- Analyze technical issues correctly to provide solutions
- Pitch and sell relevant service plans and software to customers
- Process customer payments during calls
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound technical process
- Excellent English fluency
- Ability to work night shifts (US Shift)
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Strong communication and sales pitching skills
