About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls for US and UK markets
- Provide technical assistance via voice process
- Manage call closures and process payments through various gateways
- Maintain high service standards for computing and communications devices
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound processes
- Ability to handle technical support queries
- Proficiency in closing calls and processing payments
- Ability to work in day or night shifts
