About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition at the plant, including managing MPR, position codes, and interviewing candidates for competency and organizational fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including background verification and the issuance of offer and appointment letters.
- Act as an HR Business Partner for various functions to provide necessary operational support.
- Facilitate the employee lifecycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and onboarding via the One HR portal.
- Implement corporate HR action plans and new projects at the plant level.
- Support organizational development initiatives and Learning & Development programs, such as Leadership Behavior Training.
- Organize employee engagement activities and workplace celebrations to foster a vibrant culture.
Requirements
- MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in HR.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and performance appraisal processes.
