Senior Executive - HR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technical institutions to mobilize candidates for NAPS, trainees, and contract labor requirements
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle including job postings on internal/external platforms and Naukri, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Utilize Workday to create and follow up on Manpower Requisition (MPR) approvals
• Oversee Contract Labour Management (CLMS) by maintaining the portal, monitoring attendance/absenteeism, and managing wage processes
• Drive Learning and Development initiatives by developing structured training programs for trainees and apprentices
• Organize training sessions, update the LMS module, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance and maintain updated compliance status in Legatrix
• Manage general administrative tasks including raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) for office and employee consumables

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination and candidate mobilization
• Proficiency in Workday for HR processes and manpower management
• Experience in Contract Labour Management (CLMS) and wage processing
• Knowledge of Learning and Development (L&D) frameworks and LMS modules
• Strong understanding of legal and statutory compliance management
• Ability to manage administrative procurement processes
