Senior Executive Finance - Controllers

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute the month-end close process, including Trial Balance and schedules review.
• Prepare local statutory financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
• Coordinate various audits, including Statutory, CAD, and IFC audits.
• Ensure the Global Financial Controls Framework is embedded and operating effectively.
• Manage tax compliance and coordination with the Unilever Tax team on direct and indirect tax matters.
• Oversee employee-related financial activities, including salary reviews and annual payout accruals.
• Act as a business partner to the India Centre Head for performance management of seat costs and budgeting.

Requirements

• Qualified or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Proven experience managing month-end processes and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) for large or mid-size organizations.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, risk management, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate results under pressure.
