Senior Executive, Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in preparing weekly voyage results and analytical reports.
• Provide analytical and operational support by ensuring the accuracy of cost and revenue data.
• Drive data quality assessments, monitor standard costs, and identify variances to support financial control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and datasets to identify optimization opportunities.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management using data analytics tools.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Financial Analytics, or Maritime related studies.
• 3-5+ years of experience in the container shipping industry, specifically within the Finance domain.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic and ambiguous environments with high attention to detail.
