Senior Executive – Commercial Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation and commercial marketing campaigns to drive revenue.
• Support business development through targeted marketing initiatives and market research.
• Create impactful sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, and client engagement channels.
• Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and lead conversion metrics.
• Support CRM management, sponsorship activities, and industry event engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Marketing, B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, or Sales Enablement.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and campaign management.
• Proven experience developing client-facing presentations and sales materials.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within media, advertising, broadcasting, telecom, digital, or agency environments.
