Senior Executive – China Sourcing & Export

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Chinese suppliers and international vendors for sourcing requirements
• Assist in the RFQ process, price comparisons, negotiations, and vendor follow-ups
• Handle import/export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners for shipment clearance
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams
• Maintain records of purchase orders, vendor details, and shipment documentation
• Support quality compliance requirements and documentation processes
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for dispatch schedules and delivery commitments

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of import-export processes and documentation
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, home appliances, or manufacturing industries
• Exposure to China sourcing and international vendor management
• Basic understanding of Incoterms and international trade practices
