Senior Executive - Business Development

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE and international markets.
• Generate leads and acquire clients for logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business contracts.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Establish strategic partnerships with international logistics providers and supply chain partners.
• Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience in international business development and cross-border logistics solutions.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, international shipping, and customs processes.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value B2B clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Mandatory UAE Driving License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within GCC and international markets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify emerging market trends.
