Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Tender Management

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including tender forms, contract terms, and legal, technical, and financial documents.
• Monitor procurement portals such as GeM and e-Procurement to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end documentation and upload process for relevant tenders.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain schedules of work and pricing in alignment with tender requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with bid requirements and coordinate directly with customers.
• Collaborate with internal Operations and Finance departments to secure necessary inputs for bid preparation.
• Review contract terms, assess potential risks, and propose effective mitigation measures.
• Maintain and manage tender databases, pricing tools, and libraries including tariffs and tender blocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tendering within the project logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Mandatory experience working with tender portals such as GeM and e-Procurement.
• Proven track record in preparing competitive and compliant commercial proposals.
• Strong understanding of international project logistics and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
