Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-Sea Cargo

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sea cargo operations from pick-up and customs clearance to loading, dispatch, and delivery
• Enter commercial data into the CW1 transport management system ensuring high levels of accuracy
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing shipment status updates and proactive communication regarding changes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect and share necessary documentation
• Handle customer queries, claims, and conflict resolution professionally in accordance with corporate procedures
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to support continuous improvement processes
• Process invoices from suppliers and issue timely invoices to clients
• Maintain all legally and internally required documentation within relevant systems

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Specialized education in commercial studies or freight forwarding
• 6-8 years of professional experience in Sea Freight operations
• Proficiency in the CW1 transport management system
