Senior Executive, Aftersales Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Set packing specifications with suppliers for local parts and consumables using packing application sheets
• Manage the procurement of over 250 packaging material commodities for aftersales parts
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and kaizen activities to manage packaging costs within the allotted budget
• Oversee physical inventory through cycle counts, bin face audits, and monthly reconciliations
• Coordinate with Finance for quarterly and annual inventory audits with external auditors
• Perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures for packaging quality issues
• Plan and implement CAPEX requirements based on long-term sales forecasts
• Manage stationery procurement, including budget planning, vendor management, and cost control

Requirements

• Experience in packing specification setting and packaging material procurement
• Proven track record in cost management and reduction initiatives
• Proficiency in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for quality issues
• Experience with CAPEX planning and implementation
• Strong vendor management skills
