About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex agendas and calendars for the Engineering Executive Team and support managers
- Organize high-level meetings, corporate reviews, customer meetings, and executive offsites
- Coordinate comprehensive travel logistics, including itineraries, hotel, and transportation reservations
- Develop executive reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards using Microsoft Office suite
- Act as a primary liaison and "gatekeeper" for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare financial and organizational documents, expense reports, and professional correspondence
- Manage customer visits, including catering, communications, and onsite logistics
- Coordinate project follow-ups, action plans, and departmental archiving systems
Requirements
- College degree in Administration, Business, Linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience
- Proven experience working within large corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in French and very good proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of discretion and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel functions
- Experience with data analytics tools
- Proficiency in MS Project or ENOVIA PLM
