About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex agendas and calendars for the Engineering Executive Team and support managers
  • Organize high-level meetings, corporate reviews, customer meetings, and executive offsites
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel logistics, including itineraries, hotel, and transportation reservations
  • Develop executive reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards using Microsoft Office suite
  • Act as a primary liaison and "gatekeeper" for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare financial and organizational documents, expense reports, and professional correspondence
  • Manage customer visits, including catering, communications, and onsite logistics
  • Coordinate project follow-ups, action plans, and departmental archiving systems

Requirements

  • College degree in Administration, Business, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proven experience working within large corporate environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in French and very good proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of discretion and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel functions
  • Experience with data analytics tools
  • Proficiency in MS Project or ENOVIA PLM
