Senior Executive - Account Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and manage ongoing communication
• Translate client objectives into actionable briefs for internal creative, strategy, media, and production teams
• Manage the execution of digital campaigns across social media, content, display, and other online platforms
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure timely campaign delivery
• Prepare meeting notes, status reports, presentations, and campaign updates
• Monitor campaign performance and share key insights and recommendations
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
• Support the identification of opportunities for account growth and additional services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a digital or integrated agency
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online campaign execution
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
