Senior Execution and Quality Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute validation strategies for silicon, subsystem, and platform technologies across functional, performance, reliability, and stress testing
• Plan, optimize, verify, and test critical electronic systems, including silicon and FPGA-based platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for test plans and regression suites
• Support silicon and platform validation activities from bring-up through product readiness
• Analyze validation results and system behavior to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with architecture, design, verification, firmware, and software teams to improve test coverage
• Investigate validation failures using structured debug and root-cause analysis methodologies
• Develop automated data collection, analysis, and reporting solutions

Requirements

• Experience in silicon, hardware, or system validation
• Strong understanding of validation methodologies and quality processes
• Experience developing automation frameworks for validation and regression
• Strong Python programming skills for automation and data analysis
• Strong understanding of hardware systems and silicon bring-up
• Experience translating high-level requirements into structured validation plans
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with post-silicon bring-up and system integration
• Experience with FPGA-based validation environments
• Experience automating laboratory equipment
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and continuous testing
• Experience with C, C++, or embedded software development
• Experience working on AI accelerators or semiconductor products
