Senior Exchange Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency exchange operations, ensuring integrity across the trading lifecycle from order routing to settlement and reconciliation.
• Take ownership of exchange platform configuration, order latency monitoring, and operational support for trading clients.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance teams to support new product launches and regulatory matters.
• Support end-to-end onboarding for institutional clients, serving as a technical and operational point of contact.
• Drive process optimization and automation to enhance platform efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Maintain operational procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and platform resiliency.
• Lead triage and resolution efforts for operational incidents and serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in trading operations or trade support within digital assets, FinTech, or electronic trading.
• Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, market structure, and associated operational challenges.
• Technical proficiency with electronic trading systems, FIX protocol, APIs, and market data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, digital asset custody solutions, and cyber-security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
