Senior EWIRDB Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed all-source analysis of worldwide radar signals using electronic intelligence data sources
• Develop parametric and algorithmic characterizations of radar signals, including scan patterns, waveforms, and pulse characteristics
• Populate the EWIRDB with signal data characterizations at Tier I, II, or III levels according to APGTE standards
• Resolve technical quality control issues identified by the SERF manager
• Provide technical inputs to support the EWIRDB Program Management Office (PMO) in reviewing and revising standards
• Coordinate with government all-source analysts and signal experts
• Support Intelligence Mission Data activities, EWIR conferences, and adhoc meetings
• Collaborate within a team and mentor junior and mid-level all-source analysts

Requirements

• US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance (ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph)
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of experience, Master's with 6+ years, or Ph.D. with 2+ years (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Expertise in ELINT and all-source intelligence analysis
• Deep expertise in radar and/or detailed signal analysis
• Proficiency using EWIRDB, associated tools, and standards
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply military standards (MIL-STD) and DoD requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in radar modeling
• Strong briefing and presentation skills
• Previous experience in mentoring technical staff
