Senior Events & Visitor Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of high-level site visits for government officials, military representatives, investors, and international delegations.
• Coordinate end-to-end visitor programs including agendas, security coordination, transport, protocol, hospitality, and factory tours.
• Prepare leadership teams for engagements through briefing documents and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage international defence and technology exhibitions, including booth operations, executive meetings, and hospitality formats.
• Coordinate logistics, external vendors, agencies, and suppliers in collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams.
• Build scalable operational structures for recurring visits and maintain structured documentation and post-event reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in events, executive operations, protocol, or stakeholder management.
• Proven experience coordinating high-level delegations or government-facing engagements.
• Fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support international engagements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the defence, security, aerospace, or technology sectors.
