Senior Events & Venue Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all rental inquiries, site tours, and client records
• Manage the master rental calendar and coordinate with internal departments
• Coordinate event logistics, layouts, timelines, and setup needs
• Act as the on-site representative during events to make real-time decisions
• Supervise, recruit, and train rental event staff, bartenders, and volunteers
• Manage rental contracts, billing, vendor agreements, and alcohol inventory
• Budget, track, and report rental income and expenses
• Oversee event equipment, supplies, and post-event resets
• Represent the Park at wedding fairs and community promotional events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management or hospitality
• At least 2 years of experience in event, rental, or hospitality management
• Experience with budgeting, contracts, and financial tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• TIPS certification or ability to obtain it
