Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex events from briefing to post-event evaluation
- Oversee on-site teams, stakeholders, and technical show delivery including AV coordination
- Manage event logistics and external suppliers such as AV, content, and entertainment
- Lead and develop team members through training, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Act as the primary client contact to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Lead the development of strategic, on-brand creative event concepts and pitches
- Own financial performance, managing budgets, costs, and project profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Event Project Manager, ideally in an agency environment
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery for high-profile, complex events
- Experience managing budgets ranging from £70k to £400k+
- Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Solid knowledge of AV production and technical requirements
- Excellent client relationship management and account growth skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
