Senior Events Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex events from briefing to post-event evaluation
• Oversee on-site teams, stakeholders, and technical show delivery including AV coordination
• Manage event logistics and external suppliers such as AV, content, and entertainment
• Lead and develop team members through training, mentoring, and performance reviews
• Act as the primary client contact to build long-term relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Lead the development of strategic, on-brand creative event concepts and pitches
• Own financial performance, managing budgets, costs, and project profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Event Project Manager, ideally in an agency environment
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery for high-profile, complex events
• Experience managing budgets ranging from £70k to £400k+
• Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Solid knowledge of AV production and technical requirements
• Excellent client relationship management and account growth skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
