Senior Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated event manager for major international exhibitions, owning end-to-end planning and execution.
• Coordinate complex event logistics including booth concepts, demonstrations, briefings, and on-site execution.
• Align STARK's public presence with go-to-market, business development, and communications objectives.
• Manage external agencies and suppliers across creative, PR, digital, AV, logistics, and printing sectors.
• Liaise with government, military, and institutional stakeholders to ensure proper protocol and positioning.
• Lead post-event analysis, including KPIs, ROI, and attendee feedback, to inform future strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in event management, preferably within the defence, security, aerospace, or technology sectors.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience working with external agencies and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale international exhibitions and complex logistics.
• Strong understanding of defence industry culture and operational sensitivities.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
