Senior Event Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy to increase awareness of EnVue and its food & beverage outlets
• Build relationships with local media, tourism organizations, influencers, and community partners
• Prospect and develop new business for social events, corporate meetings, weddings, and private dining
• Respond to sales inquiries and RFPs within established timeframes
• Conduct hotel site inspections and client presentations
• Develop proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Coordinate event details with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
• Partner with Corporate Marketing to promote hotel events and special offers

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hotel sales, catering, events, public relations, or hospitality marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Proven success generating new business and building client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (CI/TY, Delphi, Opera, or similar)
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Marriott experience, specifically with Autograph Collection
• Luxury or upscale hotel experience
• Experience in wedding and social event sales
• Experience in catering sales and media relations
