About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and recommend event concepts including conventions, keynotes, product launches, and B2B events
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients and internal teams
  • Lead project production phases in coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Integrate CSR commitments into all project workflows
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects across physical, hybrid, and digital formats
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from launch to execution and billing

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac +4 degree in communication, events, or marketing
  • 4-5 years of experience in an event agency as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director
  • Strong organizational, rigor, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and teamwork skills
  • Creative mindset with strong writing skills and content appetite
  • Professional English proficiency for presenting and leading meetings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
