About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of creative event projects, from initial briefing and proposal through to delivery and post-event reconciliation
- Act as the primary strategic and operational lead for clients, ensuring event ideas are both creatively strong and technically deliverable
- Translate client strategic objectives into clear event recommendations, creative direction, and production solutions
- Oversee production coordination across all technical and creative outputs, including AV, video, staging, and show delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, and scopes to ensure projects are delivered against defined requirements
- Manage external suppliers, freelancers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure high-quality execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify opportunities for account growth
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the events industry, specifically delivering complex, strategic events
- Deep understanding of creative and technical event production, including the ability to coordinate with AV and staging specialists
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and working confidently with senior client leadership
- Strong expertise in budget, timeline, and project scope management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
