Senior Event Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end event strategy and annual calendar, aligning flagship events, executive roundtables, and industry conferences with pipeline goals
• Drive revenue and customer retention by designing targeted engagements for sustainability executives
• Lead creative concepting and production across in-person and virtual formats
• Amplify market presence by securing high-impact speaking opportunities for executives
• Manage full-cycle operations, including multi-million dollar budget management, vendor negotiations, and onsite execution
• Direct cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Comms, and Design
• Extend event impact through post-event deliverables like video and photography for social channels
• Build scalable experience playbooks and operational processes
• Measure success through engagement quality, pipeline attribution, and cost efficiency

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in B2B experiential or events marketing, ideally in SaaS, climate, or technology
• Hands-on expertise designing and executing both in-person and virtual experiences
• Proven history of generating pipeline and business outcomes through events
• Balance of creative vision and rigorous operational discipline
• Builder mindset with experience incorporating AI into workflows
• Ability to work with senior executives and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Passion for climate action
