Senior Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of live events, brand activations, and hospitality programmes.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee all aspects of event production, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
• Translate client strategies into scalable, high-impact event and activation plans.
• Manage production budgets, identify efficiencies, and handle third-party cost reconciliation.
• Coordinate HSSE planning, including team safety and contingency planning.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, delegating tasks while maintaining oversight of deliverables.
• Create professional presentation decks for pitch proposals and event updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6–8+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing with a brand, agency, or sports/entertainment property.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale events, activations, and hospitality programmes.
• Experience in staff management and leading teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, AI tools, and Outlook.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous agency experience in a similar role.
• Experience working specifically across sport, entertainment, or cultural events.
• Fluency in languages other than English.
