Senior Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of high-profile in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, suppliers, venues, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, speakers, partners, and vendors throughout the event lifecycle.
• Travel regularly to event locations to supervise on-site operations and ensure flawless execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members through coaching and performance feedback.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support new business proposals and pitches.
• Incorporate sustainable practices into all event planning and execution to align with client environmental goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in delivering complex events from concept to evaluation.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Proven experience managing hybrid and fully virtual event formats.
• Strong skills in budget management, supplier negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to travel regularly and work actively on-site during events.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
