Senior Event & Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own coordination between Marketing and Commercial teams to align on event goals, messaging, and follow-up strategies
• Develop and execute an event and field marketing strategy to generate pipeline and strengthen customer relationships
• Manage all event logistics end-to-end, including vendor coordination, booth design, and on-site execution
• Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to manage the event and field marketing budget and optimize ROI
• Track, measure, and report event performance, including lead generation and pipeline impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Content, and Design teams
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand presence in key markets

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing or field marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of executing field events and trade shows that drive revenue impact
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to align on goals and lead follow-up
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and track ROI
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Willingness to travel for events and field activations as needed
