Senior Event Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of the Tradeshow Event experience to meet customer needs and strategic goals
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all event elements are aligned for success
• Manage pre-event logistics including online registration, payment administration, venue layouts, and program schedules
• Coordinate on-site operations such as equipment setup, signage, registration, and vendor management
• Oversee on-site manpower and manage arrangements for international delegates, including accommodation and transport
• Negotiate with venues and suppliers to meet specific event requirements
• Support the Event Manager with floorplan oversight and financial goal tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Event Management, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading or executing event management
• Proven experience in project management and multi-tasking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders
• A creative mindset and a dynamic, team-player attitude
