Senior Event Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of the Cosmoprof CBE ASEAN tradeshow experience
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure event alignment
• Manage online registration, payments, and participant databases
• Plan venue layouts, programme schedules, and event logistics
• Coordinate on-site operations including equipment setup, signage, and registration
• Manage on-site manpower and resources to ensure successful execution
• Handle international delegate arrangements, including accommodation and transport
• Negotiate with venues and suppliers to meet specific event requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Event Management, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading or executing event management
• Proven experience in project management
• Fluency in both English and Thai (written and verbal)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic team environment
