Senior Event Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of the OGA Event experience to meet customer needs and strategic goals
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure all event elements are aligned
• Manage pre-event logistics including online registration, payment administration, and participant databases
• Plan venue layouts, programme schedules, and on-site manpower requirements
• Execute on-site event management, including vendor coordination, equipment setup, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate accommodation and transport arrangements for international delegates
• Support the Event Manager with floorplan oversight and financial goal tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Event Management, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading or executing event management
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and functions
• A creative mindset with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
